For over 25 years, we have invested our creativity and passion into our company THB Technic House GmbH and our brand IQ-Windowfilm. Time flies, and now it's time to plan for retirement.

We searched for a worthy successor for a long time and found it in the company CFC CarFilmComponents. The CFC company has been in the film technology field for about 25 years, just like us, and is a perfect fit for us. We have therefore decided to place our "baby" IQ-Windowfilm in the experienced hands of CFC starting January 1, 2026, which will integrate our company THB Technic House GmbH into their company. We will continue to support the integration for at least 12 months and remain your point of contact for all matters as before. All phone numbers, email addresses, and the two online stores will also continue to exist.

From December 22, 2025 to January 6, 2026, we will be moving and will be unavailable from the 7th. January, we are available to you as usual at sales@iq-windowfilm.com or by phone at 030 437 306-0.

THB-Technic House Berlin GmbH offers high performance films under the brand name iq-windowfilm.com. We distribute exclusively to professional dealers and installers in the entire European market.
Our high performance films are manufactured unter the highest quality controls, since quality is one of the Technic House key requirements in film.

Since we have to meet the high standarts of the KBA (German Federal Motor Transport Authority) and the ABG (General Construction Approval), we are able to supply the demanding european market with hiqh quality film.
Our wide product rage provides a large variety to meet the requirements of our customers, no matter the country.
The application areas are versatile: from heat and UV protection, to privacy and glare protection up to anti-graffiti and anti-scratching films. Naturally with the necessary certificates.

Of course, we also offer the entire portfolio of tools and installation aids needed for the professional installation. All Technic House products are backed by product warranties that reflect the best in the industry. We grant a warranty of 2-5 years for discolouration and cracking if properly handled.
